New County Commission Districts added to new.kgis.net and www.kgis.org

The new County Commission Districts have been added to the new.kgis.net County Commission map theme.  The old County Commission Districts can be turned on to compare the old and new districts, the old districts are named County Commission 2001-2009.

2009 County Commission Boundaries updated

The KNOXnetWhere interactive mapping application has been updated to reflect the recently adopted County Commission District boundary changes. To view the new boundaries, select the Political Districts: County Commission option on the Select a Map Theme dropdown list (located in the upper right corner of the KNOXnetWhere mapping application).

Updated Google Streetview api in the KGIS Lite viewers

Updated the Google Streetview api in the KGIS Lite viewers on www.kgis.org and new.kgis.net. Now the user gets the same look and feel of the Google Streetview application.
So what's new:
1) The box appears where the cursor is and you can double click down the road and the image zooms to that location.
2) Click on the full screen box in the upper right of the image and will enlarge your view to full screen, click it again for normal view.
