From simple parcel plots to large scale complex custom maps, KGIS has personnel on staff to meet all of your mapping needs. While our standard turn around time for maps is 3 days, most simple parcel plots can be done in house while you wait. Custom maps may take longer depending on the complexity of the project. Need to show your own data on a map of Knox County, KGIS can include your data on a custom map from a variety of formats.
The final product can be printed in house on a high resolution, large format printer that can handle prints as wide as 42 inches. The printer uses a roll feed so maps of varying lengths can be printed as well. For special projects, KGIS can contract with external print shops that have the ability to print on just about anything (vinyl, foam core, wood, etc.)
Payment Options:
Cash and personal checks are accepted. Master Card, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks are accepted but a small processing fee will be added to the total cost. VISA credit/debit cards are NOT ACCEPTED at this time.
Parcel Plot
Letter size (8.5" x 11"), Tabloid size (11" x 17"), or C-Size (18" x 24") map of a specific parcel showing planimetric, property, addressing, and topographic information. These maps can be produced at a variety of scales. However, 1:3600 (1"=300') is the recommended maximum scale. Coverage area includes Knox County. Add $25.00 to base price for the C-Size map to include Aerial.

Custom Map
Customized map showing customer specified features (e.g. road centerlines, school zones, voting districts customer's data, etc.). Maps can be produced at a variety of scales and sizes from parcel specific to county-wide. Aerial photography can be added to any custom map for an additional $20 per map. Coverage area includes Knox County.

Reproduction of Aerial Photo Contact Print
Reproduction of a 9" x 9" Aerial Photo Contact Print. KGIS has aerial photos for all of Knox County (this product is not available for other counties). The photos are from a variety of years dating back to 1985. Based on the year the photo was taken the scales range from: 1" = 330' to 1" = 1600'. Tracy Imaging located next to KGIS provides the coping service. The final cost for reproduction will be determined by Tracy Imaging, Inc. KGIS charges a nominal $5.00 fee for this service.
