Deed Recorded Dates are not currently accessible

KGIS users should be aware that the Deed Recorded Date will not be available to KGIS applications (such as the Property Map & Details Report, and the Property Details sections of the Interactive mapping web sites KnoxNetWhere and KGIS Lite).  Hopefully this is temporary until such time that the new Appraisal system can make this information available again to KGIS users. (However, the Deed "Sale Date" is still accessible via the KGIS Owner Card. )

KGIS Owner Card Format will be Changing

As a result of Knox County's recent implementation of a new Appraisal System, KGIS will be unveiling a NEW format for its Owner Card report.

This new Owner Card will be deployed on Friday, Jan. 13th, and will be accessible across all KGIS applications of the INTRA-net audience (of City, County and KUB departments), along with the KGIS Lite and MPC Case Mapping applications on the General Public website. ESRI ArcMap users will also automatically see the new format.

However, the Owner Card in the General Public version of KNOXnetWhere will retain the old format until that site is upgraded sometime later in 2012.
