The Knox County Property Assessor is in the final stages of a major upgrade to its CAMA (Appraisal) system, and has (as of Nov. 14th, 2011) halted making any further changes to its KGIS-hosted parcel map and related owner data until such transition is completed on the planned date of Dec. 14th, 2011.
