ESRI Software Upgrade to be Re-Scheduled

from ArcGIS Web Server v10.0 to v10.2

The planned ArcGIS Server upgrade for this upcoming weekend (March 28-29, 2015) has been canceled to allow for further testing and adjustments to existing code.

KGIS staff have recently identified a mission-critical application that is using web services hosted on KGIS.ORG, but which has not been fully tested.  Therefore, it is important that the upgrade task be delayed in order to assess the impact.  A new revised upgrade schedule will be released later (and posted onto this site.) KUB introduces Construction Projects Map

highlights Large Utility projects having duration > 2 weeks

KUB has recently added a new interactive Construction Projects map that highlights the utility's large construction projects (those having a scheduled duration of two weeks or greater). The map separates out each project according to the utility type (water, sewer, gas or electric), and allows one to "click" on the map to retrieve more details about each. Parks data has been re-arranged for ArcGIS users

Old Parks and Greenways featureclasses removed from database

On Tuesday, June 17th, 2014, several old features classes in the KGIS database were removed since they were no longer being maintained. MPC is now maintaining re-designed, and less-complicated,  feature classes located in their shared MPC project space. Therefore, any ArcGIS users whose map documents (.mxds) or  templates reference the older data will want to "re-point" them to the newer ones.. For more info, click Here....
