The planned ArcGIS Server upgrade for this upcoming weekend (March 28-29, 2015) has been canceled to allow for further testing and adjustments to existing code.

KGIS staff have recently identified a mission-critical application that is using web services hosted on KGIS.ORG, but which has not been fully tested.  Therefore, it is important that the upgrade task be delayed in order to assess the impact.  A new revised upgrade schedule will be released later (and posted onto this site.)

The KUB GISWeb application, which is currently used as the  enterprise-wide GIS viewing tool, is designed to utilize KGIS's hosted web services for searching on addresses, parcels, and owner information. Therefore, any upgrades to the services will require that the application (developed in Silverlight) also be adjusted and/or tested against those services. KGIS will work with KUB to insure that the planned upgrade is compatible with the GISWeb application.

More details will be provided as the schedule is revamped, and the scope of work is fully known, but do not hesitate to contact KGIS's senior application developer Bryan Lynn (215-3799) if you have any questions.
