KGIS issues RFQ for Aerial, LiDAR and Topographic Update

On behalf of KGIS, the Purchasing Division of Knox County TN has posted a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the capture, processing, and / or update of digital aerial orthophotography, LiDAR, hydrography, breaklines, spot elevations and contours for all of Knox County and optionally the KUB extended service area. 3rd Q Policy Board Meeting Canceled

Originally scheduled for Aug 21 2015

The 3rd Quarter KGIS Policy Board Meeting, which had been scheduled for Aug. 21st, 2015, has been canceled. [The Policy Board has a policy of canceling those quarterly meetings when there are no actions to be taken.]  The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board is set for Friday, November 20th , 2015 at 1:30 p.m.

Results of User Needs Analysis presented to Executive Subcommittee

Plangraphics issued a set of eleven primary recommendations to the User Needs Analysis subcommittee in November 2013. The results included an Executive Summary document, a PowerPoint Presentation, and a set of supporting documents that were compiled by Plangraphics as part of its data gathering task. The results of an online survey (conducted via Survey Monkey) were also presented.
