KGIS begins transition to New GIS Software

KGIS, and its representative City and County mapping departments, is in the midst of a major software upgrade project, wherein we will be transitioning to new GIS software: ArcGIS from ESRI. And today, October 10th, 2007, marks a major milestone of this transistion, with the MPC Addressing Department going "live" on the new software for its address and street name assignment / map management.
